Today I was joined by the open, honest and brave Kate Sharp,

Kate Battled Anorexia when she was younger and opened up about her own journey & recovery. She also has a 3 year old with her husband Matt. After being totally open about her battle we spoke about her career teaching children with learning difficulties, Post Natal Depression and her family life.

I also want to say how grateful I am for Kate joining me today and being prepared to be honest about her personal struggles.
